Galileo Collective is an architect-led procurement and export coordination firm for construction and interiors projects. Our work is established in Bermuda, and we are developing relationships across the Cayman Islands, the Bahamas and other Caribbean markets.

From specification to supply, Galileo coordinates supplier communication, shop drawings, approvals, quality control, documentation and export preparation. We also work alongside third-party freight forwarders and destination service providers to coordinate the movement of goods to island markets.

PROCUREMENT, SOURCING, AND COORDINATION SUPPORT FOR ISLAND CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

  • Custom millwork and architectural joinery procurement for residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects. We coordinate with Canadian fabricators on shop drawings, approvals, quality control, packaging, and export preparation.

  • FF&E sourcing for interiors, hospitality, commercial, and residential environments. We identify suitable furniture, fixtures, equipment, finishes, and specialty items, then manage supplier communication, samples, approvals, and procurement details.

  • Sourcing and procurement coordination for architectural materials, finishes, and building products such as decking, fencing, surfacing, hardware, and other project-specific goods required for island construction projects.

  • Sourcing, supplier communication, quote comparison, sample coordination, approvals, and procurement documentation. We help project teams compare options, align decisions, and keep procurement moving.

  • Coordination of inspections, shop drawing support, approvals, quality-control checkpoints, and project documentation before materials are consolidated or prepared for export.
